We weren’t looking to buy a house when we walked into GDI’s show home. We were out for a walk and figured, why not check it out? While walking through we were impressed by the quality of the craftsmanship and finishes used in the house, so much so that we decided to build with GDI. We worked with the owner, Joe, to design our house and create a truly custom look inside. He enlisted the help of a designer to assist us with customizing the finishes in our home, which was instrumental in achieving the look we were going for. Joe was great at returning emails or phone calls when we had questions or changes we were hoping for during the building process. Perhaps the best part for us was that it was a quick build; only 6 months!! We were able to view our house throughout the build and see the excellent quality of work being done by each of the trades.

Our experience building with Giuseppe Developments has been exceptional! We are thrilled with our beautiful new bungalow.
